Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SNYHO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

SNYHO is an all-in-one productivity platform that combines team chat, project management, task tracking, and CRM functionality. During Free Early Access, the Service is provided as-is for community testing and feedback.

Free Early Access

SNYHO is currently in Free Early Access. This means:

The Service is provided free of charge during the early access period
Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
We may experience downtime or service interruptions
Data may be reset during major updates (we'll notify you in advance when possible)
Future pricing will be announced with at least 30 days' notice

User Accounts

To use SNYHO, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
Maintain and update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be at least 13 years of age

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
Impersonate any person or entity
Collect or harvest information about other users

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in SNYHO ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process Your Content to provide the Service
Create backups of Your Content
Display Your Content to you and authorized workspace members

We do NOT claim ownership of Your Content, and we will NOT sell, rent, or share Your Content with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by SNYHO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use SNYHO's trademarks or logos without permission

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That the Service will meet your specific requirements
That defects will be corrected
That the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

During Free Early Access, the Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SNYHO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $0 during Free Early Access)
We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features (when available).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
