Terms of Service
Effective date: These Terms apply as long as they are posted on this page. We may update them from time to time; continued use of Snyho after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Snyho (“Snyho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, desktop application, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Snyho is a content command center that helps you plan, create, and distribute content. The Service may include, without limitation: synchronization and publishing workflows connected to WordPress; scheduling and publishing to social platforms; AI-assisted text and image generation; team and project features; and related analytics or tooling we make available from time to time. Features may vary by plan, region, or product version. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through third-party payment processors (for example, Paymento or other gateways we integrate). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts as disclosed at checkout.
- Billing. Fees are stated in the currency shown at purchase unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping payment methods current.
- Auto-renewal. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same term and at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account or billing settings we provide. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund amounts already charged unless required by law or expressly stated in writing by us.
- Refunds. Except where mandatory consumer laws apply, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or downgrades mid-cycle.
4. User Conduct & API Usage
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not use Snyho to distribute spam, malware, deceptive content, harassing material, or illegal content. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party platforms.
Integrations with third-party APIs (including but not limited to X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and WordPress) are subject to those providers’ terms and technical limits. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse APIs, exceed reasonable usage, jeopardize platform stability, or violate third-party policies—whether such abuse is intentional or due to misconfiguration.
5. AI Content Generation
Features that generate or assist with text, images, or other media using artificial intelligence produce output that is provided “as is.” AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-assisted content, and for ensuring it complies with law, third-party platform rules, and your own standards. We do not guarantee any particular quality, originality, or fitness for a specific purpose for AI-generated output.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and secrets you connect to the Service, including WordPress application passwords, API keys, and OAuth tokens for social accounts. Do not share credentials with unauthorized persons. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect credentials or from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your actions or omissions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and marketing materials, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of content you create and submit; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, hosting, processing, and transmitting content to platforms you connect).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations accrued, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
