Privacy Policy

Effective date: This Privacy Policy describes how Snyho (“Snyho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). We may update this policy from time to time; the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date where appropriate.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the categories below. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate the Service, secure accounts, and comply with law.

  • Account details. When you register or manage your profile, we may process identifiers such as your name, email address, and authentication-related data (for example, hashed passwords or session tokens managed by our auth provider).
  • Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by payment processors (for example, Paymento). We typically receive limited billing metadata (such as transaction identifiers, plan tier, and payment status) rather than full card numbers, which are handled directly by the processor according to its privacy practices.
  • Integration data. To provide core functionality, you may connect third-party services. This can include WordPress site URLs, application passwords or API keys, OAuth tokens for social networks (e.g., X, Meta, LinkedIn), and content you choose to sync or publish through those connections.
  • Device and usage data. We may collect technical information such as device or machine identifiers where needed for licensing, fraud prevention, or product improvement, along with standard logs (for example, IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error reports).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including publishing and syncing content you initiate;
  • Authenticate users, enforce plans and limits, and protect against abuse or unauthorized access;
  • Process payments and communicate transactional or service-related messages (for example, receipts or security notices);
  • Improve reliability, performance, and features of the Service (including troubleshooting and analytics in aggregated or de-identified form where possible);
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private content to train public AI models unless we clearly disclose a separate program and obtain any consent required by law.

3. Third-Party Services

We transmit your content and commands to third-party APIs—such as WordPress, X, Meta, LinkedIn, and AI providers like OpenAI or Replicate—only when you initiate those actions through the Service (for example, when you publish a post or request AI generation). Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers. Referral or affiliate features, if offered, are described separately and do not change our commitment not to sell your personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws.

4. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit (TLS) where applicable. Access to credentials and tokens is restricted on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk and should follow good security hygiene (strong passwords, rotating keys, and least-privilege API access).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing). You can manage much of your data directly in the Service:

  • Delete or disconnect projects and integrations;
  • Revoke OAuth connections or rotate WordPress and API credentials;
  • Request deletion of your Snyho account where we provide that option in settings or support.

To exercise rights that cannot be fulfilled in-product, email support@snyho.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

7. International Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers or processors are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age required for lawful consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Contact
